     We provide Roof Certifications in a timely manner to help speed along real estate transactions. Cost $150.00. Includes minor repairs.

Home Inspection Reports

     Got a to-do list from the home inspector? Not a problem. We knock out home inspection problems quickly and inexpensively.

Storm Damage

     Many Home Inspectors and inexperienced roofers are not able to identify hail damage correctly. If the Home Inspector or another roofer has reported hail damage to the roof, call us and we will confirm or deny the damage. If their is actual storm damage, we can help with filing the Insurance Claim and get the roof replaced before closing.
