Note: The best time for us to inspect a roof is before a claim is filed.  That way, we can determine if their is or isn’t damage to the roof, and possibly avoid filing an unnecessary claim. When we inspect a roof, we will give an honest evaluation to the homeowner on what the real chances are of their roof being passed for replacement.  We will never advise your customers to file an unnecassary claim. If an Insurance Claim is necessary, we can help with the claims process and handle all of the paperwork.  If a repair is in order, we can often complete the repair without filing a claim.  

     As part of our regular service we provide the following for every roof inspection we conduct for one of your clients.

• A call notifying you of the results of the inspection.
• A call notifying you if a claim has been made.
• Upon the completion of re-roof, a hand delivered notice of completion along with any certificates or invoices that are neccassary in order to qualify for insurance premium discounts.
